Ethical Principles and Publication Policy
Ethical Principles
Our university has adopted certain basic publication policies to ensure that scientific journals are published accurately, timely, and ethically. These policies are based on the recommendations of organizations such as the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA), and the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), as well as the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing. In addition, the guidelines of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Council of Science Editors (CSE) are also taken into consideration.
Our university aims to contribute to the dissemination of scientific knowledge by publishing high-quality scientific journals that comply with international publishing standards.
Unethical behaviors such as plagiarism and fraud are unacceptable; such content is removed from publication. All submitted works are screened using plagiarism detection software to prevent ethical violations in our journals.
Open Access Policy
The journals published by our university are available in open access, and articles from published issues can be accessed free of charge from our journal websites.
The use of published articles must be in accordance with the Creative Commons licenses used in our journals.
Archiving Policy
We use the LOCKSS system to create permanent archives in our journals. The LOCKSS Program, based on Stanford University Libraries, provides award-winning, low-cost, open-source digital preservation tools to libraries and publishers to ensure permanent and authorized access to digital content. The LOCKSS Program is a library-led digital preservation system based on the principle of “safeguarding multiple copies.” The LOCKSS Program develops and supports libraries using open-source end-to-end digital preservation software.
Articles published in our journals are also available in Institutional Repositories, Crossref, Journal Websites, Authors' Personal Websites, Public and/or Commercial Subject-Based Repositories.
Copyright Policy
The copyright policies of our journals can be accessed from the websites of our journals, which continue to be published within our university. Although different practices are used in our journals, the relevant policies can be accessed from the journal websites.
Fee Policy
Article publication and the processing of articles in our journals are not subject to any fees. No processing fees or submission fees are charged under any name for articles submitted to or accepted for publication in our journals. All expenses of our journals are covered by our university, and we do not accept sponsorship or advertising.
